Southwestern Skillet Burgers

Using the Taste of Home: Simple and Delicious Cookbook, I made Southwestern Skillet Burgers today. Really easy, and turned out delicious!
I just scooped it into a bowl.
It consists of ground beef with bread crumbs mixed in, making patties and browning them in a skillet. Remove them and add a can of diced tomatoes w/ onions and a can of condensed beans and bacon soup, then return the patties. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for ten minutes till the burgers are fully cooked. At the end, add some shredded cheese to the tops and allow it to melt. I forgot to add taco seasoning to the burgers, but it still tasted fine because of the beans. It asks for 2 pounds of ground beef, but I didn't have enough space in my skillet to use all of it and I made 6 patties. Left overs! :) Hopefully it tastes just as good after being refrigerated and reheated.

And here's how their photo turned out. Looks a bit better, don't it? haha
